courses annually. During a loan originator's first year of licensure one of the courses

Designated mortgage brokers must successfully complete three distinct
Washington approved continuing education courses anually. During a mortgage
broker's first year of acting as a designated broker one course
must cover ethics.
Renewals:
Licenses only expire when revoked or surrendered
